Wholesale Book Return Policy and Authorization

If a title isn’t moving in your market, our books are return­able. Thank you for giving our books a chance on your valu­able shelf space. Our normal return period is between 90 days and 1 year; how­ever, we will accept the book for return after one year as long as the edi­tion is still in print.

Please request return per­mis­sion. Submit a request in writing to reya@starflightpress.com or Starflight Press, Returns, 963 Topsy Ln Ste 306 #284, Carson City, NV 89705 USA. This will also be the return ship­ping address.

The cus­tomer is respon­sible for the returns ship­ment until we receive it. Shipping costs and tracking are the respon­si­bility of the customer.

Books dam­aged in transit are not the respon­si­bility of the pub­lisher. Please make claim to the carrier.

Returns must be accom­pa­nied by your packing slip listing quan­tity, title, author, orig­inal invoice number and invoice date.

To qualify for a refund, the books must arrive here in good resal­able con­di­tion. There may be no stamps, marks, stickers, etc., in or on the book. If they are not now resal­able, please don’t bother to return them. Please package them prop­erly to ensure they are not dam­aged in transit. We sug­gest you keep them clean and immo­bi­lize them within the carton using tight padding.

To save time and the cost of ship­ping, you may want to con­sider simply marking down the books to move them out.

Damaged or Defective Books

Damaged or defec­tive books must be returned within 10 days for credit or replace­ment. In this case, ship­ping will be paid by Starflight Press.
