Wholesale Book Return Policy and Authorization
If a title isn’t moving in your market, our books are returnable. Thank you for giving our books a chance on your valuable shelf space. Our normal return period is between 90 days and 1 year; however, we will accept the book for return after one year as long as the edition is still in print.
Please request return permission. Submit a request in writing to email@example.com or Starflight Press, Returns, 963 Topsy Ln Ste 306 #284, Carson City, NV 89705 USA. This will also be the return shipping address.
The customer is responsible for the returns shipment until we receive it. Shipping costs and tracking are the responsibility of the customer.
Books damaged in transit are not the responsibility of the publisher. Please make claim to the carrier.
Returns must be accompanied by your packing slip listing quantity, title, author, original invoice number and invoice date.
To qualify for a refund, the books must arrive here in good resalable condition. There may be no stamps, marks, stickers, etc., in or on the book. If they are not now resalable, please don’t bother to return them. Please package them properly to ensure they are not damaged in transit. We suggest you keep them clean and immobilize them within the carton using tight padding.
To save time and the cost of shipping, you may want to consider simply marking down the books to move them out.
Damaged or Defective Books
Damaged or defective books must be returned within 10 days for credit or replacement. In this case, shipping will be paid by Starflight Press.
